Terms and Conditions for Strong Women Awards 2024 Nomination
Eligibility Criteria:
Only Women aged above 18 Years can nominate for “Strong Women Awards 2024”.
The nominee must be a legal resident of India.
The nominee should have made significant contributions in their respective field or to the community, showcasing leadership, resilience, and empowerment.
Previous recipients of the Strong Women Award are not eligible to be nominated again
The nominee must not have any criminal record or be under investigation for any misconduct.
Nomination Process:
Nominations can be submitted by a third party or through self-nomination.
A detailed nomination form must be filled out, providing supporting documentation such as a biography, notable achievements, and impact in the relevant field.
All nominations must be submitted by the designated deadline. Late entries will not be considered.
Nominations submitted without the specified fee will be considered incomplete and will not be reviewed.
Incomplete nominations may result in disqualification.
Supporting Documentation:
Nominees may be required to submit proof of their achievements, such as portfolios, letters of recommendation, or awards received.
All documentation submitted must be accurate and verifiable. False information may lead to disqualification.
Verification of Information:
All information provided during the nomination process must be accurate and verifiable.
The awarding body reserves the right to request additional information or documentation to verify the achievements and eligibility of the nominee.
Selection Process:
An independent panel of judges will review all eligible nominations.
The panel’s decision will be based on predefined criteria such as impact, innovation, leadership, and alignment with the award’s goals.
The decision of the judges will be final and binding, and no correspondence will be entertained regarding the outcome.
The organizers reserve the right to withhold the award if no suitable candidates are identified.
Nominee’s Obligations:
Nominees must agree to be available for interviews, photo/ video shoots, media engagements, and award ceremonies.
By accepting the nomination, nominees grant permission to the organizing body to use their name, likeness, and submission content for promotional and marketing purposes.
Each nominee is allowed to bring only one participant (guests such as family member/ friend or supporter) to the award ceremony. The nominee must inform the organizing team of the exact number of attendees well in advance.
Confidentiality and Privacy:
Personal data of the nominee will be handled in accordance with the organization’s privacy policy.
Nominees agree that their data may be used for the purposes of the award, including communication and promotion.
Code of Conduct:
Nominees are expected to uphold the highest standards of professionalism and integrity.
Any behavior deemed inappropriate by the organizers may lead to disqualification.
Withdrawal:
Nominees can withdraw their nomination at any time by providing written notice to the organizers before the selection process concludes. But the nomination fee remains non-refundable.
Non-Transferable:
Nominations are non-transferable and cannot be assigned or given to another party.
Disqualification:
Organizers reserve the right to disqualify any nominee if they are found to have violated the terms and conditions.
Disqualification can occur at any stage of the nomination or awarding process if false information or misconduct is discovered.
Amendments:
The organizers reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be communicated to the nominees in a timely manner.
